BC307 Black Hi-Op 1K Etch Coating is a high performance polyvinyl butyral and epoxy based, self-etch coating formulated to provide adhesion and anti-corrosive properties on ferrous metals, zinc coated steels (including galvanized iron) and non- ferrous metals such as aluminium.

Our Black Etch has a smooth, matte surface with good covering power and functions by adhering to the base surface and providing good adhesion for subsequent finishing coats such as 2-pack polyurethanes, enamels and lacquers.

For general industrial use on metal fabrications, implements, structural steel for buildings, purlins, gates, cranes, trusses, agricultural parts.

For exterior use -  should be over-coated with appropriate finish coat as soon as practically possible.

For interior use  - apply a second coat of BC307 Black Hi-Op 1K Etch Coating as the finishing coat.
