GSA Ezi Filler - Automotive Body Filler is a multipurpose, high performance, premium lightweight body filler. The technically advanced, unique formula is easy spreading, reducing sanding time to remove heavy texture.

It is a High Performance Premium Lightweight Body Filler designed for professional use to repair damaged body panels (cars, large vehicles, etc.) where increased productivity, decreased material costs and premium results are desired.

SPECIFICATIONS

Approved substrates:	Steel, galvanized and other zinc coated steel, SMC, fiberglass and aluminum. For structural repairs prone to high degrees if stress and flexibility, use a fiber glass reinforced body filler.
Tools required:	Mixing board, filler knife, plastic or rubber spatula
Dry time:	Air Dry @ 25°C 15 -30 minutes depending on conditions
Viscosity:	7 -10cm
Impact Strength:	≥15kg/sq cm
Flexibility:	≤100mm
Roast test:	@ 100 ± 6°C, after cured 2 hours 3 circles, no cracking, no bubbling
Adherence force, after cured 24 hours:	≥4 Mpa
Corrosion & water resistance:	No blistering, wrinkling or softening after 24 hours immersed in water
Max recommended thickness (sanded):	8mm
Shelf Life:	24 months if stored in its original sealed containers at 20°C and a cool dry place. Never return mixed filler to can. Keep can closed and store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
